Once a booking is made you will receive a confirmation email to the email address provided by you during the booking process. Please check all information inc; event date/type/status/time/no of participants etc. If any details are not correct you should contact us asap but within a maximum of two working days. No changes to a reservation will be possible after this time. The management reserve the right to cancel a booking in the event of extreme weather. An alternative date/time will be offered in these circumstances.

Please Note

All monies are strictly non-refundable/transferable. All offers are based on monies received & participants attending. Session times include time taken to check-in, safety brief, walking to/from games & breaks. We look forward to seeing you for what will be a thoroughly exhilarating experience at Europe’s leading venue.

The management reserve the right to refuse admission of any participant suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Age, height and weight restrictions apply to some activities. Please ensure all participants are aware of these restrictions as no exceptions will be made. (proof of age must be produced where necessary).

Paintballers aged 9yrs – 13yrs must be accompanied by their parent or guardian to the safety brief.
