Castle Assault
Sherwood Forest, Nottingham… Richard the Lionheart raises taxes on the peasants across England. Fuelled by power and greed, he has little regard for the poor. Will you and your team of merry men (and women) manage to breach the defences of his heavily fortified castle undetected, or will a bloody battle ensue?
Castle Assault requires strategic thinking, careful planning, and teamwork from the off. One of our biggest paintball games – two huge double-storey castles stand dominantly at each end of the field. Each team must gather its shield from the centre of the battlefield and carry it to the opposing team’s castle.
The battleground is set with booby traps, and the opposition will not fall easily, so heavy casualties are expected. You may only enter the opposition’s castle if you possess your shield, so this part of the mission is key. Once inside the castle walls, you must locate the hidden safe room and steal the silver goblet, returning it to your own castle. But beware; the opposition has its own mission and will try to outwit you to bring home a victory for themselves.
